Welcome to Inspiraré Yoga & Movement! We are located in house at ZÖE, A-2124 Robinson St. in Regina’s Cathedral area.
Our studio accommodates 6 people comfortably. Classes are available on a first come, first served basis. Therefore we ask that you register in advance for classes here. If you are new to Yoga, we recommend that you set up a free consultation to discuss your reasons for wanting to practice and to ensure that we start you in the correct type of class for you.
Studio Etiquette
Students are asked to come prepared for movement and bring their own mats.
We ask that no phones and no personal items are in the studio due to limited space. We do provide space for students to store their personal items safely.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early at the studio so that we can set up the class and be prepared to start on time.
